"Recently, I have been accepted into the nursing school at UWG. I am proud to say that I have balanced being in a sorority and being a hard working student. I hold school as one of my highest standards because; it is going to decide my future. I’m so thankful that Alpha Xi Delta honors academics. There have been times when I have to miss out on fun sorority events due to going to a late anatomy lab or studying for a test, which is never fun. I always try and make the best of any time I get with my sisters, because it’s so important to me to keep involved. It’s such a good feeling knowing that my sisters understand when I have to miss out because of school, and the support when I get a good luck text before a test is always the best. They always remind me school comes first. I do not believe I would have made it this far though college without the help of my sisters!" -Maggie Brown
